When it was on the news here they said it was a lucky escape before running the footage, made watching the video alot less gut wrenching!

Takes me back to my childhood in New York. Every once in a while somebody would end up under a train (often alive) and the sounds they made.......

We even had nuts occasionally deliberately pushing people onto the tracks, and this definitely brought back the memories.

I am ecstatic for that family that this is one of those cases where things worked out well, but that poor mother is probably going to be stuck to her baby like glue for quite some time after this before she is able to bear having it out of her sight again.

The best of luck to them, now and always.

Why is the platform sloping towards the track? That means anything put down that rolls will end up on the track. I'm pretty sure over here platforms slope away from the track.

I'm not sure it was, I think it was really windy.
