It's starting to sound like it was a tragic accident:

Irish solicitor Gerald Kean, a spokesman for Gately's family, said: "There's no foul play involved and it's not suicide.
"It's just a tragic accident is what we've been told and we're happy that that is correct information.
"There is nothing untoward, it's not drugs, we don't believe, it's not suicide, it's not murder, it's not a fight. That's what we've been told." He may just have had a few too many drinks and fallen and hit his head or fell asleep in the bath, or something similar.

I think if he'd fallen and hit his head it would be apparent. so unless they're covering that up for now, it's sounding more like he's just dropped dead, like from a brain hemorrhage or something.

if i get an infraction for that question, then this place has lost all touch with reality.

You may be unaware that Stephen Gately was gay, so he was inferring it was something to do with his sexual preferences.

EDIT: Incase you didn't know: Bum is the UKs slang for Fanny in the US.

Ah, didn't know he was gay. Also, at least in my lexicon, if i said Another is butts... it wouldn't have the connotation it obviously does in the UK.

wait a second, i guess i could of just gotten his meaning/

It still surprises me when Skinners mum says 'My fanny is babboon red' in that Simpsons episode. Before i knew that fanny had a different meaning in the US, i was shocked that they allowed that during daytime tv!

I'm not trying to trap you, but you're still the one that is out of order. How would you feel if a relative / friend of yours died and people started posting accusations of drugs with no basis for doing so?
He's a ****ing celebrity, there is no problem at all with someone posting an opinion on what they thought the cause of death is. When exactly did you buy this new high horse Ralph? So nobody is allowed to make speculation on celebrity gossip for fear of their families reading it!?!? You're just being an arse.

I suspect he's winding you up.
If you didn't know, I believe DSK is gay or bi-sexual.

Must admit I had thought the lad had probably died died of a drug or 'mis-adventure' accident.
Shame, as he seemed to be a nice lad who was well regarded and liked.

Ooh, you're going to be in trouble now [shocked]

TBH, aren't some 'infractions' a bit silly? There are some words and/or terms that are not suitable or in bad taste but others are normal descriptive words in general use - indeed the the correct term, such as the word above.
IMO, there should, perhaps, be a little more focus on the context of the term or word.
I had an infraction for the use of the "S" word for a girl of easy virtue - in context it was correct use of the word.
