My girlfriend gave me her iphone just wondering is it possible to use it without wifi? only way i can connect at the minute is through wifi,also do you need a special iphone contract to use the internet on the phone? i have unlimited data with my phone just wondering if i can use it with my contract? its the iphone 3Gs,we are both on o2.

Yep, just turn off the wifi in the settings section to force it to use the 3G/Edge. Should be as simple as that.
