this smells soooooooooooo good,

It´s 11:48, i´m drinking my second beer and the foods ready

Homemade BBQ Sauce, Corn on the Cob, baked potatoes,

btw, anyone else out there that prefers ribs backed in the oven ?
For some reason i don´t like ´em that much when they where on the Grill.

Admiting you lack skill at the grill is very unmanly

they do taste better from the grill if done right

Nah i don´t like the "grilled tasted" on spareribs, i love it on pretty much else though,..

And anyhow,
How dare you doubt my grilling skills !!
After drinking a few liters of Beer, screwing my wife and then drumming my chest like a silverback gorilla i´ll kick your ass !

Ribs aren't good grilled. They cook too fast because of the direct heat. You need either an oven, barbeque, or smoker, which uses inderect heat. Baked ribs aren't bad, but nothing beats good smoked ribs.

best way to do ribs is oven steam/broil then baste/marinate in bbq sauce then cook them on a charcoal grill.
