Default I just don't get it.
This
http://www.dailytech.com/Verdict+in+...ticle16034.htm

Then this
http://www.dailytech.com/Skanks+in+N...ticle16061.htm

How is Google meant to win? Some chick calls another chick a skank. The "sk@nk" then takes Google to court to find out who called her a skank and the judge forces Google to reveal who did it. That person is now sueing Google for invasion of Privacy for $US15M

I honestly don't know what to say. The two women apparently know each other. It's like they are doing this to get an extra $15M in their pockets.

I dont understand how the chick intends to win?

If google were forced to release her details under a judges orders, how can they be liable for the information being made available?

Didnt read the whole thing admittedly

That's what I was thinking. Why would she even bother. but it's the US, you can practically sue for anything over there[no].

Bleh this is what you people don't get.

You can present a case at any time....but this case is going to get thrown out in two seconds and you will never hear of it ever again. That's what happens ALL THE TIME.

not necessarily true in this case. It depends on if google exhausted all possible appeals and such...yes a judge ordered them to do it, but google can and imo should have appealed this, as i agree with her on blogs being a place where people can rant and give their opinion. It comes down to whether google did everything it could to protect her privacy...

What is shocking is that a court took the original case, not this one. ooh, a model was called a ho and a skank...big effing deal.
