I have a PNG file that i would like to make much larger, but without pix-elation effects. How could i accomplish this. If i had Adobe Illustrator i guess i could vectorize it and then make is larger and save it as a PNG again. CT represent, nucca! |

Is there any other way to convert to a Vector with out Illustrator? a cheap free way.. GIMP? You could always give up on whatever you are doing and have lunch at Trumbull Kitchen across from the XL Center, just make sure that you avoid all of the bums near the green at Bushnell Park when you drive through Pulaski Circle. |

From what I hear there are many drawbacks to trying to increase your PNG size. I am not graphic designer so, I use it for bar minimum. dellcom200, One of the graphic designers at my job over here says that Paint.NET does not use vectors, but Inkscape (http://www.inkscape.org/) does and is also free. |

Go get yourself Vector Magic...
It will let you vector your image but not save it until you register it... but if you are using Vista and up... thats what snipping tool is for [thumbup] if you are using xp... either ctrl +prt scr of google for a tool called snippy.exe now this works quite sufficiently if you only doing 1 or 2 images like i do but if you doing more than that just pay for it |
