It's pathetic. The room is full of people, and they just let him go wild. Did you see him throw the monitor at that woman? That could've seriously injured her (I don't know that it didn't).
Pathetic. This dude just didn't get hit when he threw tantrums as a kid. That's the problem. He didn't really lose it, he was just throwing a tantrum. You can see him retreat from people who finally try to restrain him... and when they grab him, he doesn't really fight back. You know how I know that - the dude was of a decent size, and I've seen what happens when people actually resist. If someone went up to him, and punched him in the face, this whole thing would've been over... regardless of whether the punch was strong enough to knock out a fly. |

Yeah I'm surprised some people let it go on for as long as it did. ![]() But yeah after seeing the woman get hit like that I prolly would have gotten raged a bit. |

To be fair the woman got hit with the monitor very early on, and the only two guys close to him had either been smacked in the head or pushed to the ground. I was quite shocked when I learnt at school that if someone was suffering from an attack (illness or mental whatever) and was dying or injured and even if everyone in the class knew exactly how to help they are forced not to and just let that person suffer. The most someone can do is call for help. As soon as they try to help the person themselves they can get into serious trouble, whether it be expulsion, charged or even jailed. I on the other hand wouldn't care if I got into sh*t, someones life is more important then the rules made up by d*cks to prevent helping of others. As much as I would have stood back and let the guy tear up the place, throwing a monitor at an innocant person is just going to far. |

I have no choice but to agree with you unfortunately. If anyone tried to even so much as restrain him he could sue them. Pathetic but true. You can't do anything to help anyone these days without getting into a heap-o-sh*t. |

I believe it's a legal thing. As in if you help and something goes wrong then you have a lawsuit on your hands. That's why nobody can help anymore[thumbdown] |

We have two different civil cases...Good Samaritan laws protect those who attempt to help (they can vary by state) and also, there is no duty to rescue either in the US. i.e. can't watch someone wreck their car into a pole out in the middle of nowhere and just drive off an leave them. It used to be like what FAKE is saying here in the states...save someone from choking and break a rib in doing so, they could sue. Glad they fixed this one. |
