Default Which movie should I take my wife to see?
Land of The Lost
UP
Terminator Salvation *lol, yeah right*
Night at the Museum 2
The Hangover

IMO her top choice is probably Land of The Lost followed by The Hangover.

Will Ferrel annoys the piss out of me, and Hangover is kinda meh looking. Might be funny, might be lame.

UP is proabably good. Night at the Museum is probably middle of her list, but near the bottom of mine.. even below land of the lost. It just doesn't look the slightest bit interesting.

So... should I give in and see Land of The Lost, or should I compromise and see Hangover or UP?

Any good adult theatres in the area?

Honestly, just take the Ferrel movie off of that list. I read your posts often, I do not want you dumbified by that crap and give me less to read during the day.

Up is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It's the perfect date movie!

Let me simplify the decision-making process for you: either Up or The Hangover. Everything else on that list is dreck.

i wouldn't call it a chick flick, it is effing sam rami :/. I enjoyed it, much like i enjoyed the evil dead movies... it is a horror comedy, and well worth the price of admission.

Call me crazy, but I'm fairly certain he was joking.

it all depends on what your wife is into
crude comedy, typical Will Ferrel, action, horror, animation?

We watched Drag me to hell last week and we thought it was ok, had some shocking scenes but definitely it was horror/comedy and she didn't really like it

Went to watch Up last and we both loved it, probably my #1 Pixar movie, even tops Toy Story 1-2.
The lady loved it and she originally wanted to watch Land of the Lost, she hasn't laughed so much watching an animated movie since Happy Feet.
also the short film 'Partly Cloudy' played before the movie, we were laughing the whole time, that alone was worth the $12.50 and funnier than 'Presto' from Wall-E
