Why? i often wonder how stupid or retarded someone has to be to have a SUV in NYC. I just took a walk to get away from my desk here in chelsea. Large parking lot, full of SUVS. I'm sure the 4 wheel drive really helps in the 5 mph traffic moving down broadway.

they say the lottery is a tax on the stupid, but its time we really did tax stupid people. 2000 bucks a year tax if you drive a suv in nyc. theres an idea i can get behind
