I just started my new job as a teacher yesterday. It's just so messed up. When I walk about the school and see teachers and students running around, it feels so absolutely safe. I can hardly imagine a safer place for children and colleagues alike. And yet, news like this totally breaks that world apart.

I hope we can all learn the right lessons from this.
