My account was disabled for some reason, and I've sent an email to disabled@facebook.com but I've yet to recieve a reply. Has anyone gotten their accounts disabled and re-enabled again? How long did the process take?

usually half a week. the rule they posted are not followed strictly, it generally easy to get back online.
