Update:
I just slept with two blankets on for almost exactly 2 hours. I woke up in wet bed sheets, so i am no sure whether I "sweat it out": or if I pissed myself. But all in all, I do "feel" better. I mean, the headache felt due to intoxication, is not as bad as the headache due to congestion. I recommend this remedy. |

The best thing for a Cold is Cognac! Lots of Navel Oranges (those tasty South African ones)
The best thing for Sore throat is Cognac! And fresh onions! (not at the same time ofcourse... Have the Cognac first so you won't have that onion after taste.... The cognac will sooth the throat and the onions will also disinfect it while priving healthy Vitamin C! Sometimes I slice fresh onions put salt and lemon juice on it... works wonder. Get double the Vitamin C! |

Best cold remedy that works for me is a large chicken kebab with ton's of hot chilli sauce and then drink several pints of cold guinness whilst eating the kebab, because the chilli usually turns me into a fire breathing (welsh) dragon.
Its pretty good for cleaning out the tubes too. Johnny Cash and "ring of fire", certainly comes to mind the next morning! ![]() |

Ok well, it is the next morning and I feel fine.
I am a little dehydrated and my breath stinks really bad. But I have a clear sinus, no headache, and no head or chest congestion. I give the remedy a 10/10. There are wonderfully clumsy effects of this medicine from the time you finish the bottle to the time you fall asleep. |
