When a unmarked police vehicle specialised in tracing and stopping road offenders, they to stop one, but make a life threatning mistake.

They try to overtake 3 cars on a road while a lorry (semi truck) is coming in the opposite direction.

They finally stopped the driver who they were chasing after, sentenced him for 4 days in the police jail and had to spent his birthday behind bars.

However, he faught the case and appeared in court. The judge agrees with the man his stance.

The video of the police action may be pretty shocking. They think they can do everything better, just because they have a badge and special driving training... Let's hope they lost this work!

I don't understand the story you are trying to convey though...So a cop was attempting to pull someone over, and made an error when trying to overtake?

If that's the case, who cares!? Unless I am missing something.

They chased a guy who basicly didn't do much wrong. The police overtook the blue Volvo and wanted to get infront the Volkswagen.. when they see that truck coming, they had to break hard and didn't leave the volvo any room and just pushed their vehicle between the other cars. You see when they start to overtake, there is noooooo rooom to put your car between there.

So a deadly accident was almost born.

The police overtook in a situation which was not safe for themselfs or other road users. They totally misjudged their manouvre.

That is a serious mistake, specially when working at the policeforce for traffic control !

Also the man got 4 days of jail, a child molester gets less here in Holland.. like cleaning parks for 80 hours....

Well when you get a 150€ fine because you crossed a white line where you shouldn't, this IS a big deal especially if you're a cop who always think they're the lewis hamilton

Well they weren't trying to apprehend anyone. They were just overtaking 3 cars in a situation which was totally unsuitable. They then claimed the guy they arrested was purposely slowing down to prevent the undercover police car from coming back onto the right lane and thus leading those officers to their inevitable death. Yeah sure lol. Anyway, the guy claimed he never saw them coming and was very surprised to see them next to him. Basically those two cops endangered their own and innocent lives and framed this guy to spend 4 days in jail and get his license suspended for 4 months.

Bloody awful bit of driving IMO.
There is nothing worse than having some pratt try to overtake a line of cars only to realise he isn't able to get past them all and then has to force his way into a space between a couple of cars in that same line.

What the copper should have done is flash the Volvo which would have made him pull over to the right hand side, he then could have gotten behind the VW without trying to force his way into the queue and look like a complete idiot.
