Imagine when watertech improves with the use of strobe light combined.. Could become very interresting.

Not difficult to make..

You have strobe lights that will help you set the correct timing of a cars engine? Add falling water droplets... figure that out how to make and adjust the frequency of the strobe to the speed of the falling water..
Slower or quicker flashing lights will make it appear the droplets move normal, slow, stand still, go backwards or increase speed.

We did this in my first year physics lab. I forget the point of the lab, but damn was it cool!
