Default BBC Name its F1 team for next year
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/7745347.stm

David Coulthard and Eddie Jordan will be pundits whilst commantary is headed by Martin Brundle and Jonathan Legard (who did Radio 5Live previously).

As expected, Jake Humphreys will be the front end presenter whilst also jumping ship from ITV is Ted Kravitz, who will be a Pit Lane reporter alongside Lee McKenzie.

What do you guys think? I haven't heard legard before, do you think he'll be able to keep Brundle in check and out of Lewis' ass?

I'm glad they managed to snag Martin Brundle, I wonder if he'll still do his grid walk?

Also what will the theme tune be?

Got to be "The Chain" and nothing else will do!

I also see no reason why Brundle couldn't continue to "Grid" walk, but don't mind if Ted / Lee does it. The grid walks this year were pretty pants anyhow due to drivers not wanting to talk to Brundle, so if it's gone I'm not too fussed.

An HD feed would be awesome! I've just purchased a full HD projector - watching F1 in full HD on a 6 foot wide screen would be amazing!

No 'HARD' details as of yet, seems like it's 50/50

I think Brundle is starting to lose his 'contacts' in F1 a bit, hence why his grid walks have started to get a bit boring as of late.

David Coulthard on grid walks would be awesome.

I personally think the BBC has done the best possible with the team - I really liked listening to 5 Live's commentary when I was not in front of the TV, Brundle IS awesome as a co-commentator, plus Eddie and DC will offer some nice insights into the world of F1.

The only thing missing, which I like in football, is the occasional foreigner, e.g. Peter Scheimchel for match of the day - they can offer non-British views which could be interesting if we have more random stewarding decisions next year [xmaslaugh]

Lots of people didn't like him apparently; personally I had no problem with him.
