Do you exercise at all on a regular basis? If not, I don't see how it could hurt to at least try to burn off some energy or something. Aside from the lightheadedness / vertigo everything else sounds like it COULD be ADHD but it could be a lot of things too.
Three times a week. I go heavy and come home pretty exhausted some times. I've gotten stuck underneath a bar more times then I'd like to admit.
