There are, though you'll have to pay for them. In fact, up until a couple years ago they only existed offline and weren't available online. I've no idea which one you would have to get though, I suggest checking out your local software business.
You have to pay for it, but before we got a gps with a screen we used microsoft streets and trips ( I think is the name) and a gps hooked up to the laptop.
eventually i will get a headunit with navi when i have money, but for now i just use a map book for local and i want the map software for when im traveling.
