From what i know no one has touched the top of the site for awhile now because no one could survive the thin air on top. kinda funny and makes you see just how arrogant these guys are, trying to build something like that without thinking it through thoroughly.

All i can see every time i pass through that building are two empty cranes on top, and i havent heard any progress about it for a long time now.
Wow.. what a load of crap. I live every day higher than that, and ski for days 3x as high as that. Stop spreading this "thin air" BS.. [thumbdown]

Think about this: a typical skydiving altitude is 12-14 thousand feet. You don't see those people wearing oxygen masks, do you? That's because you don't need bottled oxygen until you're at a much higher altitude.

Hell, some people climb Mount Everest and don't use bottled oxygen, and that's at 29,000 feet.

My aunt in Sardinia lives 100 feet higher than the top inhabitable floor of that building.

I can't assure you, they don't walk around carrying air bottles.

This all seems quite pointless to me.

I'm sure it has a commercial value to promote the region but I can't help to think about how this could go wrong, not to mention that building so high really isn't cost effective, not that this was supposed to be. It just seems awkward to me hm.
