Fundamental Christians from ISRAEL! I wonder if Zoolook would support that form of Israeli terrorism.
When have I ever supported terrorism of any kind? [oops]

I was wondering when you would see that.

Pro-Israel = Pro-Israeli terrorism.

I am from the school of thought that believes that if that entire area destroyed each other off of the planet, it would NOT affect us (the USA) in the least.

So you just randomly dropped a comment into a thread about a building in Dubai, to make an anti-Israeli comment, and conclude that it's a terrorist state? Isn't that called trolling?

Your second sentence doesn't make any sense? Are you referring to the middle-east just blowing itself up, and suggesting that this wouldn't affect the US?

As a point of note, I don't know how anyone could say that Israel attacking supporters of terrorists in neighboring countries is an act of terrorism itself, without also concluding that the US attacking it's enemies after 9/11 is also an act of terrorism. I can't agree with either point.

Just looking at the pictures makes me feel vertigo, there is no WAY I would be able to stand at the top of that building.

I wonder how long it will be before some fanatic religious group tries to take it out.

As much as I admire them building that thing, I must say I can't wait for them to try to demolish it.

Wanna see Top Gear stick a Hilux up there.

It is quite incredible. Buildings that tall just should not be that tall, its crazy!

looks like the citadel from HL2, their inspiration perhaps?

I bet those crane drivers love their job, having to climb that every day... But I can imagine they love looking over the city like that. The winds must be quite scary though.

The reason God destroyed (not in a literal sense, but halted the construction) the tower of Babylon (Babel) is not because of it being too close to him, its because man is his arrogance wanted to build a structure to protect them in the event of another world flood. This of course was not acceptable to God as he did say he would never flood the earth again and thats why he was angered at this. That is where the different languages come from

Well, if they fall, at least they'll have time to call their friends and family to say a last goodbye...
