I had mine over easy with a toasted bagel this morning. Soooo good. [yes]

I also like scrambled and soft-boiled. I think my favorite is scrambled with diced hash browns (potatoes O'Brien are really good for this too) and cheese on a bagel or english muffin. Once in a while I'll put on some bacon, but I'm not big on pork products.

An egg and bacon sandwich with brown bread. Unbeatable.

Oh, and some Heinz tomato ketchup.

I'd like you to know that thanks to this thread I went and picked up some Hollandaise sauce and made myself Eggs Benedict for dinner.

For breakfast, I just generally eat mine over easy or scrambled. Every now and then i'll have scrambled eggs on a english muffin / buttermilk biscuits with bacon & cheese. Never really got too adventurous when it came to trying out different styles & omelets.

When it comes to dinner though, nothing comes close to a steak, egg, bacon & cheese sub from the local pizza shop lol. [thumbup]

"over" means flipped and "easy" means not cooked too much

Like how sunny side up is only cooked from 1 side

I think my favourite is soft boiled, love the runny yolk
