I've been browsing for parts on other forums and i see something I'm interested in. The price is very low and the community member only has 23 posts. The product is only $50 but I would like to protect myself as much as possible. What are some preventative things I can do and what is the best way to send the seller money? Obviously I will ask for pics of the item, a heatware account, other feedback, etc.

i like a seller (or buyer even) to have a high verified rating with paypal. or even a high ebay rating. ive never had problems with someone that has a 30+ feedback thats 100%

never have used heatware though.
