lol at the "wife vs desert eagle"
Yeah. I totally called what was gonna happen and I bet the husband did too. Who gives such a powerful handgun to such a small novice? She obviously had no idea what she was doing.

From the dual MG one comments:

"For one, he isn't even a Marine. He's in the Army"

indeed, Marines would use M60s

no more complaining when getting pwned by the AK through a wall in CoD 4 =0
Actually, the Marines would have used an M240 series which replaced the M60 a few years ago.

I'm not sure which version the Marines use, but the Army uses the M240B.

A .50 cal bullet's mass is alot more than an aluminium air rifle pellet.

.50 cal = 200fps x 800grams

Air rifle = 450 x 2grams

Now tell me which one you would rather have hit you. The fact his headset was knocked of shows the bullet had alot more inertia than an air rifle shot.

All this is besides the point, as a kid I was often harmlessly struck by a rebounding air rifle pellet when shooting from 15 yards. But to shoot your own headset of like this is a whole new feat.

Note, I have no idea of the actual weights, someone feel free to state the actual figures.

edit, just saw this in related videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQyIL...eature=related a 'good old american boy'
Good reply Canberra. Since that bullet knocked off his head set, that thing would hurt a lot! I'm unsure if it would be fatal, but it's enough to cause injury and he is lucky that didn't enter his eye.
