I heard about it a few weeks back. I'll definitely be picking this up. I love everything Batman, the darker the better.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like it's the same guy voicing Batman that has done the majority of the animated voice work. I still need to get the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman:...nimated_Series DVDs since that series is what really got me into Batman.

Its pretty good stuff, good to hear Kevin Conroy as the Batman once more, and the stories covered a wide aspect of his character. My favourite was probably Deadshot as that was the most action packed story, although each one has its own unique charm. Anime isn't exactly my thing and there are a few times when I thought "why couldn't they have gone for a western approach" but for the most part it does work.

Just wish July 25th would hurry up and get here! Why have we got to wait a whole week longer to go and watch it in the cinema... its not fair!

You're lucky you don't live in Switzerland. It doesn't come out here until August 28th, and then I have to find a theatre playing in English.

Edit: I just placed an order for Gotham Knight as well as the four Animated Series DVDs, but I ordered from Canada so I have to wait for those too.

I think i will enjoy it as i'm more of a fan of eastern style anime rather than western animation, each of the stories look pretty interesting - hopefully ill have it by late this week [thumbup]

Seeing the dark knight on the 23rd - free tickets through work - woohoo! Although it comes out here on the 16th
