This is why I normally don't even bother contacting a software company when I find bugs.

I hate how they always assume I'm computer illiterate.

I hate how they always want me to install crap that ****s up my computer.

I hate how they ignore half of what I say and jump on a generic response.

I hate how they tink I'm interested in beta-testing their software.
