waiting 15 days for a item ordered on 1-2 days no reply to any e-mails ???, luckily no money been taken

Bought an 8800GT off them, took 3 weeks to arrive. I cancelled the order after 2 days as I was able to source elsewhere but it got delivered anyway.

Tried for 4 weeks to contact them about returning it. After 2 weeks their site disappeared and all e-mails bounced back. I assumed they'd gone bust.
