ok so it started with a party at my gf's m8s house, then me and gf arguing. basically i drove off and i knew i shouldnt have, but i did.

Anyway i get pullws over and breathalised and goes to red so they take me to the station. I ask them before they put me in the cell pls let me just check my phone, needless to say the polcie where being totaly scum. they said no i said why they said ebcause WE said so so shut up, i tell him to show me where it says i cant look at my own stuff. "yes yes i know i shudnt argue but i did" anyway 8 police came running at me to throw me in the cell wich they did. then the sargant came upto the window with my phone smiled and waved it at me. i got pissed off and started kicking **** out the police door, so some more rushed me in my cell and tryed to tie me up, i called them nazi bastards and wudnt let them tie me up, they left cell. anyway i later on they came in AGAIN and did handcuff me tie my knees and my ankles together, at this time i was asking for the sargants name because of what he had done, they was reading somehting out to me but i wanted the sargants name.

next day comes and im interviewed. they said i blatantly refused to do the breathaliser but i didnt.

i goto court the following week and im waiting there 7 bloody hours to get sentanced. please bare in mind i have never been in trouble with police before.

i say to the judge look i know i done wrong, im guily i drank and drove, the polcie where being obstructive and i was being an arse myself, i knwo you have to ban me but please be leaniant on this ban as my license will also be taken off my and i will have to do it again, ontop of this i need my car to find work and transport my disabled mother around who relys on me to take her shopping.

he gave me a 2 year ban! and a £300 fine even tho i have no job "i lost it few days ebfore drink driving" and im not claiming benefits, he then offers me a cours ei can take wich will reduce my ban to 1.5 years "but i have to pay £150" i took it.

I makes me laugh with these fines, its liek so i pay u more money and you lessen my ban. scum.

they punish me 3 times over. Ban me, Fine me, take my license.

fair enough i should have been banned, but its my first offence with the police, all they have done now is put me down wrong path, i cant find work, i gotta go on benefits i have to wait almsot 2 years to drive and then i have to pass my test again wich is stupid. i already passed my bloody test and did all my driving lessons yet they want more money out of me.

i hate this pathetic country.
