Worst part about people who drink and drive is they will do it again. I work on the computers in a jail and one of the inmates has been in there 13 times now for DUI. 13 times!!! As soon as he is let out, he just does it again.

Glad to hear she is alright. Must have been horrific to get a call saying your wife was in an accident.

Wow, glad she's okay. You've got full coverage on the van?

Lucky her van didn't flip... getting caught in the tail like that at high speed can be very dangerous indeed.

Similar thing happed to me but at much lower speeds, even that was quite unpleasant.

thankfully the wife is fine and things are coming together,

now if UPS would just fix my frickin guitar

for those interested this is what got hit

she does have a bit of a stiff neck doesn't she (wink, wink) and now fears driving on roads similar to the one she was on, having serious panic attacks right...

get repair value + some more and prolly decreased value as well, cvause a repaired vehicle is never worth teh same, nor will it ever be, and a never wrecked vehicle

I'm guessing a main road? multilane highway. We have them here too. But ours only go up to about 90-100kmph. Only highways away from crossroads (highway links between cities) go up to 110-120kmph.

Glad to hear she is recovering.

This is why I hate driving and people. You can take control and responsibility for yourself, but you have no control over others and what they can do to you. Someone else can easily be responsible for taking your life away from you, or a loved one. They need to revoke the other guy's license and have him never drive again... EVER!

we have divided highways with a smaller median that have crossroads and lights but they are only 55mph, any 70mph is expressway and only accessed by on ramps
