I bought a musical instrument via paypal from someone in North Carolina last wednesday. He has been paid since 1/17. It is now 1/21 and this person still hasnt given me a tracking number for my item. How long should I wait for this before filing a complaint?

unfortunately you probably need to be a little more patient. even as it is, paypal can take a very long time once a claim is filed.
