I was just watching a top gear repeat on that new Dave channel (UK) and jeremy was reviewing the new (well new back then) Ford GT with the red and white stipes....in detroit, Some ace mellow music came on and i loved it, i have heard it before and been looking for it for some time,... i beleive it was used in a phone advent some years ago, the music appears a little while before the end of the segment....

im off to youtube to find the top video and perhaps post it here.... i need to find that song!!!

You didnt tape it by any chance? as you could look @ the credits @ the end + isn't the same show repeated on DAVE on that particular day?

You didnt tape it by any chance? as you could look @ the credits @ the end + isn't the same show repeated on DAVE on that particular day?

just checked the end and....it wasnt listed....dont know why!

thats ace BUT i have no idea which season it was from nor what the episode was called... so im still quite lost! all i know is...the episode featured the ford GT reviewed in detroit the only other thing i watched was hammond in a porshe andi think the one where the stig drives off an aircraft carrier!

Kinda on topic, why on earth was UKG2 renamed to Dave

Oh, and Top Gear is a good source of music. Bought E.S Posthumus - Unearthed because of the polar special.
