Default Very impressed with Apple customer service!
Long story short, bought a 2nd gen shuffle in May from Ebuyer, over course of summer it developed a problem with the headfone jack, if it moved in anyway the headphones would crackle/cut out etc, so I tried online and you have to have a Visa or mastercard (I have neither)

So I thought last ditch attempt go to local Apple store (Buchannan Street)
Popped in on a break between lectures, guy was very helpful he made an appointment for me to come in the next day.

Went in the next day, handed the tech guy the shuffle, explained what was wrong, he never even asked for any details or even tested the shuffle, he just took the serial number, and gave me a new one lol

No fuss, no hassle, never even bought it from apple store, just a direct replacement

That's the way customer service should be!

Guess what....the new one does it too [rofl] not as bad mind you, so I'll live with it

ALSO impressed with Dell customer service, since I ordered this Vostro 1400 I seem to have had 1 dedicated member of customer service dealing with my order the whole way, I had a bit of an issue with the courier getting it here but Dell just offered me £30 goodwill gesture, so thats excellent too considering it was mostly the couriers fault.

Companies impressing me with customer service recently!

I agree, i like the way you get his "personal" office number. The guy even stayed 10min after closing time so he could help me out getting XP instead of Vista
