I had 2 lots of breakfast...

One on a flight from Los Angeles to Auckland

Then from Auckland to Adelaide.

One was a cheese omelet and the other a egg ham and cheese croissant.

Just a light breakfast today.
2 slices of mulit-grain toast w/ pat of butter (not margarine) and a shot of cuban-style espresso cortado (Pilón) to jumpstart the heart.
