A cigar is a nice treat every once in awhile. Being close to the Canadian border I am able to get some fine Cuban cigars which sad to say you can not buy in the US.

My grandad used to smoke Henry Wintermans I think they're called, I used to love the smell when I was a nipper and when I got a bit older I used to love the odd cigar or two myself as well.

I don't think the proper way of smoking a cigar involves inhaling the smoke into the lungs..

You are not supposed to inhale it all, it is more the taste. I smoke, but I would certainly not encourage you to take it up.

I smoke cigars from time to time. They are rather nice.

Was it a special occasion?

Don't really have a favorite myself. I was hoping for Cubans to be awesome, but I think that they are way over hipped just because they are illegal. Inhaling isn't part of the game, but I will do it a few times whenever I do puff on one.

I certainly wouldn't take up smoking due to the health risks associated with it, along with the strong addiction. I feel sorry for anyone who is a smoker as it looks unbelieveably difficult to give up (I don't know how properly difficult it is as i've never smoked, but over anything, giving up looks like one of life's most difficult challenges). My parents smoke, but they struggle too much to try and give up. It also sickens me how the government can smack so much tax on cigarettes on someone's addiction that's not exactly easy to give up in the first place. [rolleyes]

Well nobody forces people to take up smoking. It's not as if they don't know the risks.

We don't. Why would you think there's a reason we need to know a random person had his first cigar today?

*Hugs Dan for profit-motivated perfecto cigar shipment*

While the return wasn't much in the grand scheme, percentage wise it wasn't too bad!
