With that said, they will still somehow manage to contain the spread of the Aliens whilst also defeating the Predators! On top of that, yes you hear it right... the boy gets the girl!

Well... erm.. I don't know to be honest.

All I can say is that it can't be as bad as the rubbish Paul Anderson gave us.

Looking at the trailer I just hope they don't go over the top with the gore. Sure both the Alien and Predator films had it but they weren't dependent on it, it was balanced. If they get carried away it will just be a variation of the Final Destination films where you spend the whole film ignoring what is being said and sit waiting to see how the next crappy actor dies.

This movie is coming out to replace the horrible first AvP movie. They listened to the fans and went back and:
-made the predators less bulky (read less armor) and more how they were in the predator movie (tall and thin).
-FINALLY set the damn thing on earth- something alien screenwriters have been trying to do since alien 3.
-Not toning down the langague and violence to appel to the family crowd

Good question. I kind of forgot about this film, but my guess would be she's not playing ripley, but just a cameo by the acteress.
I dunno about it being bad- they went out of their way to correct the mistakes they made in the last 2 alien movies and the last AvP, hopefully it'll be good [thumbup]

2) 1.78 to 1 (ie 16x9)

1280x554 falls in the first category.

wow - my hopes really went up for a second they came out with another AVP game - I can't begin to say how much I think AVP & AVP 2 were classics - If I'm 60 by the time one of these game producers realise people will buy it - I'll still get it.

Yeh I still play AvP2 online and there's at least 100 other people on at peak time... not bad for a 6 year old game that was not even made for multiplayer. Brilliant games, if Fox won't allow another one to be made, they could at least stop killing the mod projects that keep trying to start up.
