That's a pretty normal price for it, when it is not in 100% mint condition.

Here is a basic guide that I've found, It lists some of the options and so forth. For it to command the price he wants, it better be damn near perfect.

Collector Car Market Review Value Report

1974 CHEVROLET CORVETTE 350-195hp (8cyl-4V) AT
#5 #4 #3 #2 #1
Rdstr 3950 7575 12100 16150 21875
Coupe 3150 5800 9750 14100 18300
Add:
350-250hp (8cyl-4V) 15%
454-270hp (8cyl-4V) 30%
4spd manual trans 8%
Air conditioning 8%
Power windows 3%
Hardtop 5%
Deluxe interior 2%
RP0# Z07 25%
Deduct:

Damn, I had it all nice and formatted. Oh well, this will do in a pinch

1Ghz,

you forget all the stuff that is imported to europe, parts/car have to travel atlantic and and all work on it to refurbish it. It has a pricetag to it and that's included the sales price.

check this out, Dutch E-bay site (pics and money numbers should make some things clear)

Heya Dutch, I understand about the price differences. I had to step away for a minute. I was going to continue in a new reply. From what Golem says it's only got about 62,000 miles on it which is extremely low for a 33 year old car. Problem is he also says that the engine has been rebuilt(or something). He needs a lot more information on that vehicle before plopping down that kind of money for it.
