Hmmmm ordered a pair of Sony bluetooth headset for my phone on the 11th they were posted on the 13th and as of yet still haven't come, usually here by now well before now actually.

Has there been any postal strikes this week because im begining to think some scrote in the post sorting office has nicked them.

Just bought a 360 from them and that came a little slower than I'm used to. Ithought the postal strikes were a kinda on-going thing

I think you have to give it 2 weeks first before ringing them, anyroads ordered loads from Play over the years and never had a problem up until now maybe it just a backlog of post.

there is still a large back log of mail, I'm quite sure a book I ordered is stuck someplace then again the person I contacted isn't responding.

Anyway, best you can do is notify Play.com that you've not received it, if after 14 days or so after official posting and you still have not received them, Play will repost free of charge.

I'm fully aware there are some strikes going on within the Royal Mail service, but honestly to god, RM are doing my nut in as of late. Everything in the post is arriving rather late and the costs to send something is pathetic, and there are plans to shut our local post office. I remember when posting my 8800GTS (don't have it anymore, so ignore the sig), the package overall was just a measly 15g over the 2kg limit. Just that 15g bumped the price up from £7.40 to £19 or something pathetic. I'm fully aware there has to be a limit somewhere, but for the price to bump up by approximately £12 just for 15g over the limit is a [censored] joke. [rolleyes]

Just as well the package arrives safely to the buyer by 1st class recorded with no insurance. [thumbdown]

Play.com used to be good but they take soooo long nowadays ive given up with them. Hope no one ordered Bioshock with them.

Update it now the 21st 8 days after they sent them off and as of yet my headphones still haven't shown up, and there nothing i can do about until 21 days have passed not happy.

I been reading their delivery service has gone right down hill of late people only getting their stuff 2 weeks late ect, so after years of ordering from them i don't think i bother anymore.[thumbdown]

Stuff from play.com takes 2-3 weeks to get to me in Holland for some reason.

Just one reason why I bought Bioshock on Steam, and not from play.com.

They use royal mail pretty much exclusively so if it's been packaged and left the building there's probably a postman with new headphones.

Been ordering off them since they opened - In my experience, stuff normally takes 3-4 days to arrive from then, but for the price and free postage I can't complain. Twice I've had stuff not arrive and they've sent me off another one. Can't blame them for the postal system. If I want something urgently I just get it from somewhere else where I know it's gonna arrive quickly so I don't mind paying the extra postage.

for games, www.gameplay.co.uk are always fantastic. 9/10 pre-order games arrive a day before they're released which is always nice :P

What frigs me off is that they use to give 14 days before sending out a replacement for lost post now they changed it to 21 days.

It proberly is round some scally head now working in a sorting office somewere.

in 5-7 days to Finland... Never had a problem...
