It's for my Sister and so far I know:

Corsa:

+ New model under the new strategy of Vauxhaul to make quality cars.

- expensive

- large car, requires bigger engine


Aygo:


+ Small and light, yet a good relation of lenght to width

+ About 2000£ cheaper

+ Made in a very new factory of Toyota and the PSA group

- Made in Eastern Europe

- Made together with the Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107

Depends what she needs it for and what she'll use it for.

Aygo has **** all boot space and it's quite small but if she wants to use it for a runaround then yeah it's good.

Corsa still have it in the 1.2 flavour so it's not exactly a big engine like you said.

Go for the Aygo if speed and horsepower are not of interest to your sister. Go for the Corsa if she likes to have a (little) bit more fun in the car.

I'd go for the Corsa.

My friend was going to buy a new Aygo at the beginning of the year, and I went with him to look at it in the showroom. To be honest, I wasn't all that impressed with it. Looks quite smart from the outside, but the inside felt cheap and plastic and as said barely enough boot space to fit a few bags of shopping in.

Corsa's are good cars, specially the new ones

It all depends what she wants in a car, they are both good cars but overall I think the Corsa is better.
