You know those boring old sawing the assistant in half illusions magicians do (to often) these days.
We all sit there and get bored cos we all know there are 2 sets of legs in the cabinet or 2 people maybe or things are just hidden and so on? Well, tell me how this guy did it [thumbup] http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=24455 |

Any body figure it out?
The guy with just a torso is actually a guy with just a torso. They don't show the "legs" before they go behind the torso dude. The "legs" guy is a full guy and when he stands up you can tell he is holding on to the torso guy from behind and leaning back. ...at least that is what I think anyway.... |

Any body figure it out? The table it all starts off on, is big enough to have a man stand at the end and be bending over with their torso inside the table, then the torso man is on top of the other guys back looking like 1 person when it's really 2 (or 1.5 depending on how you look at it). However there is a cut in the camera angel, and when they room the lid of the first table the camera shot suddenly changes down very low. They do not want people at home to be able to see inside that first table - audience wouldn't have the angel to view inside, where as a camera boom would. The scene is then cut to show the d00d as a whole again. Without seeing it all the way through, with no cuts I can't say. But IMO the key is with the legs and that first table. Why would it be so deep if and hollow if it wasn't to hide "something" or a part of someone? [xmascandle] |
