bullshit!

they crashed because they paid more attention to the chase and not enough to the task of flying the damn choppers.
the pilots are supposed to fly, the other people can do what they want, if they made the pilots do anything then they are responsible, but i doubt that happened.

Uh, i think they meant because of the Air crash, not a ground crash. Just a guess though...[help]

even if it IS him talking about the chopper crashes, it still doesn't change the fact that to groups of people believed that reporting this chase was more important than the safety of many lives.
literally, they invested more time and energy into the chase, and it compromised their own safety. that's how bad it is in the news when they compete with each other to report it to us. if they co-operated and shared resources this thing doesn't happen.
