Hey guys! My mate just got a SE W880 with Orange, he's wanting to change the PIN code on it but to do so he needs to enter the PIN code that came with the phone, we've checked the manual and not found anything, and we've tried phoning customer services but their network is busy at the moment so no luck with that.

Any one got any idea?

it's called the PUK-code as far I know.
