Default Wiperblades - UK
Well, if you've got weather like we have in south wales at the moment, it's basically constantly pissing down with rain. My wiperblades used to do little more than smear the rain. Picked up some Tescos own brand wipers for just under £3. Best 3 quid I've ever spent.

You heard it here first, tesco wiperblades are better than £20 bosch ones.

[thumbup]

I'll be giving constant updates as to the progress of these wiperblades, I feel some city action and battery life blogs coming up!

What the hell I'll join in.... Bosch blades on my A3 and they are very good.... won't associate a shopping centre brand with selling anything remotely car related... more to the point there own brand!

Stranger things have happened, but hell it is raining a lot so maybe they thought they'd get in on the action

Hmmm, I could probably do with some new ones on my car. I haven't replaced them since I bought it (2 years ago) Perhaps I'll pop down to Western Avenue later.

Aerodynamic wipers are the best. Most new cars have them and most old cars can get "retro-fit" versions.

I got bosch ones.

They're not bad.

I heard those new flat blades are really good.

Best wipers are the new flat ones, picked up a pair for £10 delivered on ebay and there 10x better than any "old shape" wiper blades.

long ago, I put double bladed bosh wipers on my 84' pontiac fiaro - burned the wiper motors in a week - since then - cheapest - lightest - fine for me.

Well I took the wiperblades into the country side, I know you were all wanting to know how they faired in the city, but I've just not had chance.

Battery life is still very excellent, they seem to have had no negative effects on the car what so ever. In fact, I was stopped by a couple of people asking me if these were the new wiper blades from Tesco. Quite the attention grabber wouldn't you say?

I got splashed a lot by other cars and hit some flooded roads (Cardiff Area). The wipers just kept on wiping no matter how mucky the water was being thrown at my poor saxo.

Super expensive, though...
