You said it happens every time and you are blaming the school system which is the most ridiculous stretch I have ever heard. Its the damn waiter or waitresses fault but you keep going there and having the same problem...most people would stop going to the place

I never said it was everytime i go there. I also never said what type of place it was, fast food or sit down. Yes i did use an example of a waitress possibly screwing it up, but i never said that it was sit down. I do remember saying something about wendy's though. As for me blaiming the school, it's not that much of a stretch. The school teachs a kid to be able to follow instructions, have common sense, be smart about doing things. Now if your saying it's not a schools job to teach kids, then who's job is it? Why do we send kids to school if they aren't there to learn how to function in life and not be bumbling idiots? Oh, thats right, school is just a babysitter and a place for kids to socialise, thats right. Excuse me for saying a school should be a place for learning.

There's a society campaigning to make English spellings simpler ("lern" instead of "learn", "lo" instead of "low" etc.). They say it would improve children's literacy.

Yeah or we could make things really simple for them, maybe we could just eliminate language altogether and resort to a system of communication based on simple grunts and gesticulations. Isn't this idea the same as reducing sex crime by legalising rape?

I never said it isnt a schools job to teach kids and besides the only way a person is ever going to learn in school is if they WANT to learn. If the kids slacks off and does nothing all year he is going to be an idiot and not learn anything but its not the schools fault. They are providing whats needed for the kid to learn but its his own attitude.
