I've noticed a few episodes fluctuate in length.

Yeah it is a shame. HBO are getting into the habit of creating some fantastic TV series and then cancelling them after a few seasons. I would have loved to see more myself, but kind of liked the fact it began with Caesar's march into Rome and ended on Gaius Octavius ruling the Empire. Fits well. |

ya amazing show... easily my favourite... but some good alternatives if youre into history and stuff would be 'i claudius' which is an old bbc show from the 70s also set in ancient rome. |
