Maybe but if you could create an MDMA gas you'd have a pretty effective non lethal weapon there, which would serve a similar purpose but save on the sore asses.

Imagine the air raid alert sounds when one of the Gay bombers was on it´s way,...
Instead of a deap Wooooooowooooooowoooooo sound something like YMCA from the Village people would have been played.
And instead of -Put on your gas masks- there would be "Always wear a rubber" signs.
