Default TV help? :)
Hey guys, I'm going to be getting a new television for my Xbox 360 (When it arrives), I currently have some 8 or so year old Sony 21" thing, I'd like my new tele to be a thin television, I have around 300-500 GBP to spend, I have no idea what things like 1080p etc are. I'm guessing I should go for something that's HD?

TV's is something I'm completely un-educated on, so any help is most appreciated...

Buy this.

Though if you can stretch another 150 quid or so, you could get the 40 Inch version.

You can get the latest version of that TV for slightly less than that (although it's not instock ATM): - There is also a black version
http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/content/products/details/index~modelcode~SAM-LE32R86WDX.htm

Also 10% off here (to bring it below £500)
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deal/34500...ire-direct-til

Offer ends Tuesday though.

Edit:
I should probably point out that TV supports 720p (which is basically the resolution the TV can display). You are very unlikely to get a 1080p within your price range. 720p is 1280x720, although most 720p LCDs are actually 1366x768. 1080p is 1980x1080.
