After one of my friends raving about the new Nine Inch Nails album, I finally got the chance to listen to it from start to finish o Rhapsody.

Wow!

I am not really a fan of NIN. I'm really just ambivalent to Reznor's work. This new album, though... D-amn, Gina! I can't stop listening to it. Not only is politically charged, but it's just the right amount of ambiguity in its political statements.

My musical tastes usually revolve around blues and classic rock, but I am so wholly impressed by this album. There's not a track on it I don't love listening to. If you haven't heard it, I strongly recommend Year Zero by Nine Inch Nails. [xmasthumbup]

I like it too, great album. It is rather charged...even the Survivalism vid has him in a "terrorist scarf"

DJ, for blues...check out Guitar Shorty. That guy is amazing and I saw him at a tiny venue (no TINY!!) and was instantly hooked. Well check him out.

So is Guitar Shorty...he was married to Hendrix's step sister. Hendrix used to go AWOL to check him out...before his half sis married him, even credits GS with a few of his tricks

Year Zero is an awesome album. I do find it a lot less mellow that With Teeth, which in itself was a great album.. IIRC, the track "Capital G" is supposed to be the next single from Year Zero

Oh great. Now I can listen to a drugged up rock star giving me adivce on how I should vote.

NIN rocked, but I don't listen to music to be politically influence so I won't likely be getting this album.

uhh ok ... I found this album worst than getting kicked in the nuts. twice!

the only song I like is the old one, Head Like a Hole, I like the video too,
