In the Christian calendar, Holy Thursday — also called Maundy Thursday and, in the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Churches, Great Thursday[1] — is the feast or holy day on the Thursday before Easter that commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles. It is followed by Good Friday.

In Malta people visit seven churches and pray and meditate.

Me and my friends celebrate this day by replacing churches with bars.

There's not seven bars worth visiting around here

I could stay in one and drink seven times as much though.

We have loads of bars but many have changed into the type of places with doormen, full to the brim of twats sipping colourful drinks with phones glued to thier ears and very shiny shoes.
