I haven't been to a good club since the 90's. It's all hip-hop and teeny-bopper. Well, tonight I found a new club that is freaking sweet. It's called the Glass Cactus, but what do you expect for a club near the Texan Hotel. The place is nice... I would have preferred a bit more electronic/techno music, but they did mix it up with a live band until 12am then DJ until 2am.

Well, I just thought I'd share because it was a great time. I'll be going back tonight.... supposed to meet some chick named Crystal there.

I don't know how many people it can hold, but it was only half full last night. When it warms up a bit, I think it may attract a larger crowd with the huge patio on the lake. It was kinda cold last night, but they did have heaters out there.

The club is in Grapevine, Texas. By the Gaylord Texan Hotel and sorta close to Grapevine Mills mall.

The club is only a couple months old and I can imagine them having some big name artists perform to attract major crowds.

Another great time at the club tonight! Crystal was there and for some reason she seems to dig me. My drinks were free from her!

I do like lower greenville too though. I usually try to hit the Whiskey bar.

went to USA on vacation last september. ybor was a good night out.

you guys need to roll up to addison on tuesdays... they got $2 you call its at this club we go to... its pretty nice and the drinks are good and cheap...

addison is pretty much just belt line road... from about marsh and belt line to preston and belt line is all the bars and clubs. the place we go to on tuesdays is called chaucers and its a sushi bar. kinda hard to find but its next to hooters. dukes is also good too and there is always a party there. they have a massive patio that over looks the street which is nice. sherlocks is pretty busy most of the time and they always have a live band playing there (usually just cover bands but still live none the less).

thats really all that i go too, im not super big in the whole 'know whats goin down' thing, but those places i have enjoyed.... you should come up here some time, its kinda fun :P

yeah the only place I've been to over in addison is club jasmine, a hookah bar. I hear the piano bar in Addison is really pretty damn cool
