see what I would like is the opertunity to stream an internet radio station id love to be able to listen to DI.fm in my car live.

would you guys like to see wireless broadband on the roadways.?

I can see a couple of benifiets

weather and traffic updates in real time (i currently use GPRS on my tomtom to receive the service)

radio, totally hands free communications and of course for the passengers internet.

its probably a long way off but it would be nice

It's been around for a while, actually... oddly enough, the mobile GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA hotspot router was invented by my dad.....

Cingular has been selling them like hotcakes to buisnesses. AVIS actually just announced recently that they will be putting them into a whole bunch of their cars.
