States very clearly they are RC1 and they end in June. Anyone stupid enough to purchase thinking otherwise deserves what they get, TBH.

I'm pretty sure microsoft has something in their ToS/EULA/Blood Signed Contract stating you can't resell it. I assume their lawyers pretty much think of everything when they write that crap up.

There's been loads of them going for that kind of price this last week. I had a quick browse before I bought it from Scan and couldn't believe it. The sellers are however clearly stating what it is etc so its nobodys fault but the buyers if they get stung [oops]
