i dont stay in tocuh with this stuff well i ordered dish netowrk hdtv since it had a decent package for the price but i used to have cable.and i used cable to get my internet service.but now i dont see the point is there a way to conect dsl aint in my area

theres portable broadband wireless thats pretty new AFAIK

WiMax is the industry buzzword at the moment. WiFi on steroids basically...

Supposedly there is a big project to give wireless broadband access statewide in RI. Been in talks for a while and i'm eager to test it when it goes live...whenever that may be.

How hard can it be though? A few MIMO routers should be sufficient...
